  16.  Subject:       Occasionally at power up the LOGIC A unit will im-
  17.                 properly initialize.  The result is either a
  18.                 dashed line or garbled numbers in the frequency
  19.                 display.

  21.  Information:   The following modification makes changes in the
  22.                 CPU initialization time constants.

  25.  
  26.   1.  Disassemble the radio unit and locate the main logic board.
  27.  
  28.   2.  Remove R100 a 100 ohm MCR10 and replace it with a 33K MCR10
  29.       (ICOM P/N 915-04793).
  30.  
  31.   3.  Remove R103 a 4.7K MCR10 and replace it with a 33K MCR10
  32.       (ICOM P/N 915-04793).

  34.   4.  Reassemble the radio and test.
